APF Congress 2010, AsiaStar 2010 Awarding ceremony and APF meetings will be held during 4-8 October 2010 in Tokyo, Japan. The event will be held in conjunction with the Asian largest international packaging show, TOKYOPACK 2010. All APF members are cordially invited to join the events.

APF announces an open call to Asian Packaging Community to submit entries for its AsiaStar 2010 Award Competition. Winning an international competition brings prestige to every organization and the AsiaStar is the only regional packaging award anywhere in the world – as such it is the Packaging Oscars of Asia. 

IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging) is organizing the biannual mega event INDIAPACK 2010, the international Packaging Exhibition and also the international conference on Packaging during 30th Sept. - 3rd October 2010. 

Congratulations to Mr. Rafez Alam Chowdhury, New President of BCCAMEA. One of the main objectives of APF is to enhance cross-country cooperation among all packaging-related bodies, and look forward to the close association with Mr. Rafez Alam Chowdhury in the future.

"Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF) held the Awards Ceremony of Asia Star Awards 2009 winners on 2 December 2009 in conjunction with Propak Indonesia 2009. This year, Indonesian companies won total of 6 AsiaStar awards, 5 from Consumer package category and and 1 from Transportation package category. In addition, 2 AsiaStar awards go to Indonesian students."
